To be a member of Dry Lot, LLC, you must be a Valley Club lot owner. All available Dry Lot water has already been assigned to Dry Lot members and their lots within The Valley Club Planned Unit Development (PUD). Membership interests are tied to these lots.

If a Valley Club lot owner wishes to become a Dry Lot member, they must acquire a membership interest from an existing member. Dry Lot irrigation water rights may only be used within the Valley Club PUD and remain permanently connected to the community.

We work in partnership with both the Valley Club Homeowners Association and the Valley Club Golf Course to coordinate usage, manage allotments, and promote sustainable practices that benefit the entire community. Dry Lot provides the framework to manage water fairly and responsibly.
